Yes. The information provided is based on thousands of hours of coaching, seeing the common problems that athletes face. The personalized element comes from the journalling and tracking. The imagery scripts are position specific so each player can find the tools that are specific to the problem they are facing and the position they play. If they need additional support, 1:1 consultations are also available.

Other apps focus primarily on breathing techniques and mindfulness. Our app features those elements. However, we also incorporate a range of research informed mental skills with tangible exercises and ways to track progress. Our app also features sections focused on educating parents and coaches on how to support athletes with their mental performance.
