WHY ONLINE TRAINING?
We understand that your soccer schedules may prevent you from being able to work with us in person. Do not let that stop you from taking your game to the next level. We offer a 12 week online mental performance program and a self paced strength and conditioning program.
Mental Performance 12 week course
Our 12 week course is centered around Confidence, Controlling Emotions and Concentration. It is self paced with a coach check in and weekly assignments to keep you reflecting and engaged.
Strength and Conditioning Program
Our Strength and Conditioning program features 3 full body workouts designed for athletes to complete either in a gym or at home.
Self Paced
The courses are designed that if you did them consecutively you would complete in 12 weeks. However, you can go as fast or as slow as you like.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Our coaches will do regular check-ins with you to monitor your progress and answer any questions you may have.
