We keep our group trainings small to ensure detail. We are UEFA qualified coaches that have played and coached in USA and England. We provide structure to the sessions and plan thoroughly, following a curriculum. We provide quarterly updates to parents and child so that athletes can measure progress. We are the only program in Jacksonville that offers a hybrid approach of technical and mental performance training.
Both. We offer private training for those that are looking for a hybrid session of mental and technical training. We offer private training to those who want to focus on one specific aspect of their game. The group training is detail orientated but offers players the opportunity to utilize those skills against real opponents. We tailor our sessions by ability, not just age.
Yes. We offer a hybrid 1 hour version with Dr. Georgia Brown where half the session is mental performance coaching and half the session is soccer technical training. If you are not a soccer player and want the hybrid session then we combine strength and conditioning with mental performance. If you want mental performance alone then this can be a 30 minute consultation done online.
As we are a supplemental training company, we usually recommend if you are playing competitively to train with us once a week and use our app throughout the week. However, some athletes train with us twice a week.
We always do an initial assessment of a player to see which group would fit best. We like to place athletes in groups that compliment each other but also challenge them. We believe if a player is a good enough then they can train with older players but we do not exceed past three years gap. For example we might have a technically good 14 year old train with 17 year olds but not with 19 year olds.
Yes. Your first BMP session is always FREE. After that, we offer memberships or a pay week by week basis. Payment is due the day of the session. If you commit to a session and do not show, we will have to charge you for that session unless sickness or an emergency occurred.
